Downdraft dedusting cutting bench adopts the modular design. Whichever the cutting scope of your cutter is, we can meet your desirous dimensions via the modular combination.
Downdraft dedusting cutting bench adopts the one-piece quick lifting design, therefore it can be handled and installed quickly and conveniently.
The adjustable scope of the reinforced adjusting leg beneath the cutting bench is 100mm; even the ground levelness of the installation site is poor, the cutting bench can reach the highest cutting level.
Concurrently for the high-intensive workload and the heavier and thicker sheet steel for quicker hoisting, the cutting bench can also handle easily and protect them from deformation. With the reinforced bench body and rack, the whole cutting bench can withstand higher weight impact.
Every module of each cutting bench is divided into 2~4 air suction areas (depending on the length of the single module); every air suction area has the independent air damper and control switch.
The opening/closing stability of air damper is the key element if the whole cutting bench system can remove and collect dust efficiently and continuously.
Downdraft cutting bench's air damper is controlled by the air cylinder; the whole control pipeline and the air cylinder, by applying the special heat-resistant treatment, can not affect the continuous and stable operation of the whole set of control system, whichever it is the high-temperature flame cutting, the high-concentration plasma smoke dust of high electric current, or the tiny particles of laser cutting. The air valve is controlled by the mechanical switch, infrared induction or PLC program.
Every cutting area is designed the waste collection box inside and the anti-slag airflow guidance cover plate, which can pre-separate large-particle slag and material waste. The large-particle slag and material waste to be separated therefrom fall directly into the waste collection box. For the circumstances of cutting small workpiece, the net rack of collection box can be configured optionally, which can facilitate the handling of small workpiece. The cutting rack's grid tray has the special fixing frame to support; each grid tray is fixed in the insertion slog of the fixing frame, and can be replaced independently. The whole grid tray can be hoisted together with the frame, so the collection box beneath can be cleaned easily. According to the cutting technology and the different thickness of sheet metal, there are multiple grid tray assemblies of different types and dimension specifications for selection.

3. Working principle
Every area sucks air from the gap formed by the upper openness of slag collection box and the surrounding triangle cover plate. The high-speed smoke airflow generated by the plasma cutting (high impact) impacts the inside of the slag collection box, and then bounces back slowly. At this moment, the air suction gap 50mm away from the four sides of the collection box can completely collect and remove the high-concentration smoke dust; in other words, downdraft dedusting cutting bench can obtain good smoke suction effect without needing the side-absorption closed cover plate; which can be verified when cutting the sides or corners of sheet metal. The built-in air duct on one side of the cutting bench connects with the air damper of every area; when the air damper of the corresponding area opens, the airflow in the area passes through the built-in air duct of the cutting bench and flows to the purifier. When the cutting machine goes to the middle of two areas, the valves of the two neighboring areas may be opened concurrently to suck air, whereas the triangle cover plate over the slag collection box guide and divert material slag and large particle dust to fall into the collection box instead of going into air duct along with airflow; therefore air damper and purifier can be protected from the damage caused by large-particle dust and splashing sparkle.
4. Key elements

5. Materials

As the cutting machine moves, through the control by mechanical switch, infrared induction or PLC, valves in the area where the cutting is going on are opened. At the intersection of two areas, air suction is made by two valves concurrently. A large cutting bench is designed dozens or hundreds of air dampers. If an air damper leaks air, the area where air suction should be made will not obtain enjoy air suction quantity.
